  Hello my name is Alfie. I work as a general operative. Do you think I have any chances to work my way up into supervisory roles as occupational supervisor/plant supervisor if I perform well in the position? Thanks

    Hey ! I’ve been working in this field for quite a while and I can assure you that if you are successful and you keep working hard you even may work your way up to project manager roles. If you want to raise your chances I recommend taking a special training and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
