what should I study?
I want to be a receptionist, what do I need to study to become one?
help pleaseChloe- I think a high school diploma is enough but some companies prefer to hire receptionists with administrative skills (p.e. earn a certificate in clerical studies or office assistance) Hope this helped!
- Normally with a high school diploma you should be fine. Most receptionists learn how to perform their duties during their firsts few weeks on the job, an experience member of the staff will train you to their specific policies or procedures. It depends on where you want to work as a receptionist I guess… Good luck
