The senior occupational therapist will have responsibility for the provision of specialised inpatient +/- outpatient (where applicable) occupational therapy service for the General Medicine Service. The therapist will work in this clinical area encompassing the development of the General Medicine Service which encompasses the following specialities; acute medicine, Oncology, haematology, Cardiology, Gastrointestinal, Metabolic Disease, dermatology, infectious disease, respiratory, renal and palliative care.
