Helpdesk Support Engineer (initial 6 Months, Potential for Extension/Permanent) Location: Dublin (5 Days On-Site) Salary: Competitive The Role This is a reactive, people-facing support role where your primary responsibility will be to respond to internal IT issues, often in person and ensure continuity of service for staff.
You'll be walking over to desks, engaging directly with end users and managing tickets through a centralised system.
