It started with a tomato. A freshly picked, organic tomato at Ballymaloe cookery school, when Jack tasted its full flavour punch, it sparked the idea for a locally sourced, seasonal healthy food business and the rest is Sprout. Co-founded in 2013 by brothers Jack and Theo it, Sprout has moved from making and selling juices out of Avoca in to seven sites across Dublin/Kildare and it's own farm (with many more planned!)
